ORDINANCE

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Metropolitan Housing Development Corp. at 5525 W Diversey Avenue from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facility for the premises address.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
