DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE DRIVEWAY PERMITS

TO ALL PROPERTY OWNERS, INGRESS AND EGRESS TO PUBLIC ALLEYS FROM PRIVATE PROPERTY IS PROHIBITED, UNLESS EXEMPTED BY ORDINANCE FROM THE ALDERMAN OF YOUR WARD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.      Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the

Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt,    Pongs Auto Care, Inc.

From the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for the premise Address:      3848 N. Clark St.

SECTION 2.      The ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and

after its passage and publication.
