MEMORIAL RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Frances P. Sullivan to hereternal reward;
and
WHEREAS, The City Council has been informed of her passing by The Honorable Margaret Laurino, Alderman of the 39th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Frances P. Sullivan, the beloved wife of John "Frank", was an active and vital member of her community. The loving mother of Maureen (Dan) Baldwin, Joanie (John) Murphy, John (Heather), Eileen (Mike) Erenberg and Sheila (Brian) Tierney; cherished grandmother of 12; dear sister of Maureen (the late Ed) Bunce, Angela (Len) Louis, Jo (Michael) Honan, Eileen, Theresa (the late Eric) Earey, Tommy (Nora), Carmel Taulbee, Vera (the late Malachy) and the late John (Mary Jo); fond aunt of many nieces and nephews, Frances P. Sullivan leaves a legacy of faith, compassion, dignity and love; and
WHEREAS, Frances P. Sullivan will be deeply missed, but the memory of her character, intelligence and compassion will live on in those who knew and loved her; now, therefore,
Be It Resolved, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this thirteenth day of April, 2011, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Frances P. Sullivan and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
Be It Further Resolved, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Frances P. Sullivan.
