INDUSTRIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to amend and/or install Industrial Permit Parking Zone Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD AMEND INDUSTRIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONE:
30 3450 N. Kostner Avenue; Amend Ordinance Passed 09/11/2013, journal page 59853,
which reads: 3500-3598 N. Kostner Avenue (west side); Industrial Permit Parking Zone 62, by striking 3500 N. Kostner Avenue (west side) and inserting in lieu thereof: 3450-3598 N. Kostner Avenue (west side); Industrial Permit Parking Zone 62 [02015-783]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Industrial Permit Parking Zone on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
