ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-5 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-G in the area bounded by

North Clark Street; a line 337 feet northwest of the west line of North Sheffield Avenue (as measured along North Clark Street); a line 80.60 feet northeast of and almost parallel to North Clark Street (or the public alley [if extended] next northeast of and parallel to North Clark Street); and a line 237 feet northwest of the west line of North Sheffield Avenue (as measured along North Clark Street),

to those of an B3-2 Community Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
