TO BE DIRECTED TO THE COMMITTEE OF SPECIAL EVENTS AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS

Ordered, that the Directors of the City Departments of Business Affairs and Licensing, Department of Revenue, Department of Transportation, Dept. of Streets & Sanitation and Department of Buildings hereby authorized and directed to waive all permit fees to I Am Logan Square related to the event for the Milwaukee Avenue Arts Festival to be held on Milwaukee Avenue from California to Kimball:

Friday, July 29, 2010, 4:00-11pm Saturday, July 30, 2010, 12:00-11pm Sunday, July 31, 2010, 11:30-11 pm

Tent & Canopy Fees Itinerant Merchant License Fees Food Vendor License Fees Water Fees

Street & Sanitation Fees Street Closure Fees Fire Prevention Fees Zoning Fees

And all applicable permit fees to all participants

Said special event shall be held exclusively for non-for-profit and related purposes, and shall not be otherwise used with a view to profit. _^"'7 /
