^«r,^AS,' Wil,Ham Th°maS HaIm; beloved husband of Adelaina nee Rodriguez; loving father of William, Joseph and the late Raphael "Little Ralph" Halm; cherished grandfather of Julia-devoted son of Linda and the late Tracy Halm; caring son-in-law of Leticia (Roman) JAcquez and Carlos (Rosa) Rodriguez; fond uncle of many; god-father of Carlos Rodriguez; and
WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared William to his family members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this fifteenth of December 2021, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of William Thomas Halm and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of William Thomas Halm.
