BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1.     That an ordinance hereto passed by the City Council on 7/29/2009 page 69112 and amended on 01/18/2012, establishing a 15 Minute Standing Zone-Tow Zone, during specified hours on portions of designated streets be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from, the following:

At 2044 West Belmont, 190 feet East of N Hoyne Ave to a point 75 feet east thereof

And inserting in lieu thereof,

At 2044 West Belmont, 190 feet East of N Hoyne Ave to a point 40 feet east thereof

SECTION 2.     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
