North Keeler Avenue; A line 115.31 feet North of Milwaukee Avenue as measured along the East right-of-way line of North Keeler Avenue; A line 100 feet Northeast and parallel to North Milwaukee Avenue; A line 36.41 feet Southeast of North Keeler Avenue and perpendicular to North Milwaukee Avenue as measured along the North right-of-way line of North Milwaukee Avenue; And North Milwaukee Avenue,
To those of a B2-2 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District
SECTION 2. This Ordinance takes effect after its passage and due publication.
