SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO.

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe C1-3, Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 6-F in the area bound by:

a line 122 feet north of and parallel to West 31^st Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Wells Street; West 31^st Street; and South Wells Street,

to those of an B1-1, Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
