City Council Alley Access Ordinance

DIRECT INTRODUCTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-435 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Lill Street Properties LLC Series (2) - Lill, of 874 West Lill Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60614, from the Municipal Code provision prohibiting alley access to any parking lot or garage if the capacity at that lot or garage is in excess of six spaces.
