BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Bl-2 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-1 in the area bounded by
Beginning at a 223.1 feet northwest of the intersection of North Lincoln Avenue and West Ainslie Street as measured at the northwest right-of-way line of North Lincoln Avenue and perpendicular thereto; North Lincoln Avenue; a line 147.5 feet northwest of the intersection of the North Lincoln Avenue and West Ainslie Street as measured at the northwest right-of-way line of North Lincoln Avenue and perpendicular thereto; and the public alley next southwest of and parallel to North Lincoln Avenue

To those of a B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District, and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area described.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
