CITY COUNCIL MEETING February 9, 2011

ORDERED, that the Directors of the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection, Department of Revenue, and Commissioners of the Department of Transportation and the Department of Construction and Permits of the City of Chicago, are hereby authorized and directed to waive the Food Vendor, Tent Permit, Street Closing, and Itinerant Merchant fees for all the participants in the Race to Wrigley 5K Run ,   to be held April 16, 2011 .

This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
