BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 33-19.1 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Jonny on the Spot Logist, LLC of 7705 S. Chicago Ave. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities for 7705 S. Chicago Ave.
