ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of and B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District Symbols as shown on Map No. 16-J in the area bounded by:

West 68 Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South Pulaski Road; a line 57.89 feet south of and parallel to West 68^th Street; and South Pulaski Road

to those of a RS-2 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect after its passage and due publication.
