ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Buildings is hereby directed to issue a sign permit to Ozko Sign and Lighting Company 1119 Lunt Avenue Schaumburg Illinois 60193 for the erection of a sign / signboard over 24 feet in height and/or Over 100 square feet in area at 3402 North Kedzie.

Dimensions: 15'-6': (H) x 17'-6" (L) Height above grade: 27'-3" Height below roof to top of sign: 9'-3" Total Square feet of area 271.5

Such sign(s) shall comply with the applicable provisions of Chapterl94A of the Chicago Municipal Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable provisions of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor signs, signboards, and structures.

Dear City Clerk Mendoza:

Ozko Sign and Lighting Co respectfully request the permission and authority, to construct, install, and maintain one illuminated business identification sign that measures 15'-6" in height by 17:-6" in length with a total of 271.25 square feet in area at the property commonly known as 3402 North Kedzie Avenue Chicago, Illinois 60618.

Pursuant to Chicago Municipal Code 13-20-680, the City of Chicago the applicant delivered notification via U.S Certified Return Receipts given to all registered voters within a 250 feet area ofa proposed site of the low voltage illuminating box signs that is more than 24-feet above the ground and/or more than 100 square feet in surface area. Furthermore, submit this request for an Order to the City Clerk's Office for introduction at the next regular meeting of the City Council and referred to the Committee on Zoning, Landmarks, and Building Standards for the approval or disapproval.
