ORDINANCE
SMITHFIELD PROPERTIES XVII/STATE & WASHINGTON LLC Acct. No. 305517-3 Permit No. 1113852

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to SMITHFIELD PROPERTIES XVII/STATE & WASHINGTON LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, four (4) Vault(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 18-26 N. State St
Said Vault(s) at N State St measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred thirteen (113) feet in length, and fifteen point five (15.5) feet in width for a total of one thousand seven hundred fifty-one point five (1751.5) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at W Washington St measure(s):
One (1) at sixteen point five (16.5) feet in length, and sixteen (16) feet in width for a total of two hundred sixty-four (264) square feet.
One (1) at fourteen point five (14.5) feet in length, and sixteen (16) feet in width fora total of two hundred thirty-two (232) square feet.
One (1) at seventeen point two five (17.25) feet in length, and fourteen (14) feet in width for a total of two hundred forty-one point five (241.5) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office ofthe City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1113852 herein granted the sum of seven thousand nine hundred sixty-five ($7,965.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
