RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Frank J. Valela to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Frank J. Valela, beloved husband of Patricia nee Madera; loving father of Deborah (Joseph) Magyar, Mark and the late Elizabeth; cherished grandfather of Brittany and Frank Joseph Magyar; dear son of the late Nicolina and Anthony Valela; fond brother of Teresa Baio, Peter (Barbara) Valela, and the late Mary (the late Vtncenzo) Salerno, the late Catherine (the late Angelo) Alessi, the late Bruno (the late Betty) Valela, the late Victor (the late Mary) Valela, the late Dominick Valela, the late Rose (the late Art) Romito and the late Philip (the late Jeanette) Valela. Frank J. Valela leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this twenty-second day of June, 2016, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Frank J. Valela and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy be presented to the family of Frank J. Valela. .
