ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the underscored language as new subsections 4-60-023 (9.319) through (9.346), as follows:
4-60-023 Restrictions on additional package goods licenses.
Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional package goods license shall be issued for any premises located within the following areas:

On Parnell Avenue, from 125th Street to 126th Street.
On Parnell Avenue, from 126th Street to 127th Street: and on 126th Place. from Wallace Street to Eqqleston Avenue.
On 128th Place, from Union Avenue to Wallace Street.
On 128th Place, from Wallace Street to Egqleston Avenue thence on Eqqleston Avenue to 129th Place: and on 127th Place and on 128th Street, from Parnell Avenue to their ends east of Parnell Avenue.
On 129th Place, from Union Avenue to Wallace Street.
On 129th Place, from Wallace Street to Eqqleston Avenue.
On Wallace Street, from 125th Street to 127th Street.
On Wallace Street, from 127th Street to 129th Place.
On Parnell Avenue, from 127th Street to 129th Place: and on Normal Avenue. from 128th Street to 129th Street.
On Eqqleston Avenue, from 125th Street to 127th Street.
On Stewart Avenue, from 125th Street to 127th Street.
On Harvard Avenue, from 125th Street to 127th Street.
