SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Buildings, the Director of Construction and Permits, the Commissioner of Transportation, the Commissioner of Street and Sanitation, the Commissioner of Water Management, the Commissioner of Fire and the Director of Revenue are hereby directed to issue all necessary permits, all onsite wa ter / sewer inspection fees and all water / sewer plan review fees, free of charg i, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, to Casa Central Social Services Corp., a not-fpr-profit Illinois corporation, ielated to the erection and maintenance of buildings at 1335 N. California, 1349 N. California, 1351 N. California, 3209-3211 W. Evergreen. 3221 W. Evergreen, and 2222 N. Kedzie.
Said building and all appurtenances thereto snail be used exclusively for charitable purposes and shall not be leased or otherwise used with a view to profit, and the work thereon shall be done in accord) mce with plans submitted and all of the appropriate provisions of the Municipa code of he city of Chicago and departmental requirements of various departments of the City of Chicago, and said buildings and all appurtenances thereto sh ill be constructed and maintained so that they shall comply in all respects ivith the requirements of the appropriate provisions df the MUNICIPAL code of thje City of Chicago for the issuance of all permits and licenses.
SECTION 2. Casa Central Social Services &orp. a not-for-profit Illinois corporation located at 1343 N. California Ave., also doing business engaged in medical, educational and related activities, shall be exempt from the payment of city license fees and shall be entitled to the cancellation of warrants for the collection of inspections fees.
