RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called William J. Gerber to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13th Ward; and
WHEREAS, William J. Gerber, age 65, beloved husband of the late Maria (nee Davis); loving father of Matthew; dearest brother of Kathleen (the late Robert) Bougher and Michael (Susan) Gerber; fond brother-in-law of Lilyan (Andrew) Yacko, Albert Davis Jr., and Anthony Davis; cherished uncle of Jennifer Gerber and Brittany Yacko. William J. Gerber leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this fifth day of June, 2013, hereby express our sorrow on the death of William J. Gerber and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy be presented to the family of William J. Gerber. ^-~\
