ORDERED, that the Commissioner of the Department of Buildings is hereby advised and directed to waive the fees for the installation of Tents/Canopies for the Kids and Kites Festival, which takes place in Lincoln Park at Montrose & Lake Shore Drive on May 7^th, 2011 and produced by the Department of Cultural Affairs & Special Events.
