ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 and Section 10-20-435 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt SB/CA 750 North, LLC and Steppenwolf Theatre Company, 744-758 West North Avenue; 1601-1611 North Halsted Avenue, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to the parking facilities for the above premises address.

SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
