BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for 233 S WACKER LLC on 10/08/2014. and printed upon page 92793 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "233 S WACKER LLC" and inserting in their place the words "BRE 312 OWNER LLC"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
