BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Amend the ordinance heretofore passed, which reads: W. 40^th St. ( north side ) from a point 445 ft. east of S. Racine Ave. to a point 30 ft. east thereof, "No Parking Loading Zone 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 Monday through Friday "by striking " No Parking Loading Zone and inserting Reserved Disabled Parking 24/7.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and due publication.
