ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 351514 -1 Permit No. 1098091

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for PUBLIC CHICAGO on 10/31/2012, and printed upon page 38358 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting-the words

"Two (2) at one (1) foot in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of four (4) feet square feet."

and inserting in their place the words

"Two (2) at four (4) feet eight (8) inches in diameter."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
