ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to establish a prohibition between 7 am and 9 am for the parking of vehicles at the designated location as indicated below:

•   West Berteau Avenue, North Side, from North Cicero Avenue to the first

driveway east thereof; No Parking, No Stopping, No Standing/Tow Zone; 7 am -9 am.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after passage and publication.
