SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all of the Business Residential Planned Development No. 1079 symbols and indications on Map Number 7-K in the area bounded by:

the north line of West Parker Avenue; a line 263.27 feet east of and parallel to North Kilpatrick Avenue; the centerline of West Parker Avenue; and North Kilpatrick Avenue

to those of a B1-1, Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
