ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the   4400   block of    South Christiana Avenue , from West 44^th Street to the first alley north of South Archer Avenue ,   on both sides of the street, at all times , Sunday thru Saturday.
