BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

 

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of the Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

 

The owner of the properties joined by the North-South alley in the block bounded by West Peterson Avenue, North Keystone Avenue, West Glenlake Avenue and railroad tracks to the west (approximately North Kedvale Avenue) from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
