Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to NORTHWESTERN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, '.jy upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, two (2) .: Tank(s) (Acid Tanks) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 221 E. Huron St
•' Said Tank(s) (Acid Tanks) at E. Huron measure(s):
v One (1) atone (1) foot in length, and eighteen (18) feet eight (8) inches in width. Existing acid tank is approximately eight (8) feet eight (8) inches below grade level.
*;■ Said Tank(s) at N. Fairbank measure(s): One (1) atone (1)foot in length, and eighteen (18) feet eight (8) inches in width. Existing acid tank is approximately eight (8) feet below grade level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and " Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Tiv^aid privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of .■^Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination) and Department of Water Management.
;J This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required v>c provisions ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago.

A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
