CITY COUNCIL MEETING February 9, 2011

ORDERED, that the Directors of the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer

Protection, Department of Revenue, and Commissioners of the Department of Transportation

and the Department of Construction and Permits of the City of Chicago, are hereby

authorized and directed to waive the Food Vendor, Itinerant Merchant, Tent Permit, and

Street Closing fees for all the participants in the Lincoln Square Chamber of

Commerce, Summer Concert Series to be held June 16 to September 15, 2011 at

Giddings Plaza, N. Lincoln Avenue and W. Giddings.

This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
