Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of.the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to amend an ordinance passed July 27, 2017 C.J.P. 53473.

RECOMMENDED TO READ:

AMEND ORDINANCE PASSED 7/27/17 C.J.P. 53473 which reads, 2950 N. Sheridan Road: West Oakdale (north side) from a point 48 feet west of North Sheridan Road to a point 50 feet west thereof - no parking loading zone-at all times—all days (17-04134503)

By Striking No Parking Loading Zone

AND Inserting in lieu thereof: No Parking/ Tow Zone except with Flashing Lights for 15 Minutes
