Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 151 FRANKLIN LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use ten (10) Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 151 N. Franklin St
Said Caisson(s) at N. Franklin Street measure(s):
One (1) at twelve (12) feet in length, and two point zero eight (2.08) feet in width for a total of twenty-four point nine six (24.96) square feet. Said caisson shall be approximately twenty-four (24) feet below grade level.
Said Caisson(s) at W. Randolph Street measure(s):
Three (3) at three point two five (3.25) feet in length, and point six seven (.67) feet in width for a total of six point five three (6.53) square feet. Said caissons shall be approximately twenty (20) feet below grade level.
Said Caisson(s) at W. Randolph Street measure(s):
Two (2) at fourteen point four two (14.42) feet in length, and five point three three (5.33) feet in width for a total of one hundred fifty-three point seven two (153.72) square feet. Said caissons shall be approximately twenty-five (25) feet below grade level.
Said Caisson(s) at W. Couch Place measure(s):
Two (2) at fourteen (14) feet in length, and four point seven five (4.75) feet in width for a total of one hundred thirty-three (133) square feet. Said caissons shall be approximately twenty-five (25) feet below grade level.
Said Caisson(s) at W. Couch Place measure(s):
Two (2) at three point two five (3.25) feet in length, and point six seven (.67) feet in width for a total of four point three six (4.36) square feet. Said caissons shall be approximately twenty (20) feet below grade level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
