BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION l.That an ordinance introduced into the City Council on July 24,

2013, exempting from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit

alley ingress and egress to parking facilities, be and the same is hereby amended by

striking therefrom the following:

"South Western Avenue      No. 5644-70

ALLEY INGRESS AND EGRESS."
