RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Thomas W. Skierkiewicz has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God to his eternal reward; arid
WHERE AS, the Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11 th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Thomas W. Skierkiewicz, beloved husband of Barbara (nee Mackowiak); loving father of Donna Beaver, Thomas (Dawn), and the late John; daughter of the heart Denise Marbone: grandfather of Kristin Beaver, late John Beaver, Tony Jimenez, Jakob Mikolajczyk, and Juice Beaver; cherished brother, fond uncle and cousin of many; and
WHEREAS, Thomas was a proud Korean Army Veteran; His love of life and; ability to live it to the fullest endeared Thomas to his family members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this twenty second of July 2020, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Thomas W. Skierkiewicz and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Thomas W. Skierkiewicz.
