ORDINANCE

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. An ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago on September 9, 2020, designating the following locations as Traffic Lane Tow Zones, pursuant to Title 9, Section 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following location(s) are hereby -designated as Traffic Lane - Tow Zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic, is hereby amended by deleting the struck-through language and inserting the language underscored, as follows:

 

Type of Sign:      No Stopping, No Standing, No Parking Tow Zone

 

Location(s):        On NORTH MIES VAN DER ROHE WAY between EAST

CHICAGO AVENUE and EAST WALTON PLACE, both sides of the street; and

 

On NORTH DEWITT PLACE between EAST PEARSON STREET and EAST WALTON PLACE, both sides ofthe street; and

 

Time:

All Days, All Times

 

 

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force here in after its passage and publication.
