SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

 

Paulina Building LLC, of 4043 N Ravenswood Avenue, Suite 210 Chicago, IL 60613, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 4913 N Paulina Avenue.
