ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE Cl< Y OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas describe* in Section 2 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chi sago is hereby amended by inserting the underscored language as new subsections 4-50-023 (!).5) through (9.121), as follows:
4-60-023 Restrictions on additional package goods licenses.
Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional p acksige goods license shall be issued for any premises located within the following areas:
