ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to amend the ordinance at the below listed location:

•   Repeal Ordinance which reads: South State St. (east side) from West Roosevelt Rd. to West 16^th St.; No Parking Tow Zone, 7:00 am to 9:00 am, Monday through Friday, and South State St. (west side) from West Roosevelt Rd. to West 16^th St.; No Parking Tow Zone, 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
