ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for GODDESS AND THE BAKER on 03/28/2018, and printed upon page 74111 ofthe Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "area #1 shall be thirty-six point five eight (36.58) feet in length and four point nine two (4.92) in width for a total of one hundred seventy-nine point nine seven (179.97) square feet; seating capacity 9; Compensation $809.88" and inserting in their place the words "area #1 shall be fifteen (15) feet in length and five (5) feet in width and area #2 shall be fifteen (15) feet in length and seven point five (7.5) feet in width for a total of one hundred and eighty seven point five (187.50) square feet; seating capacity 14; Compensation $843.75"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
