RESOLUTION FOR FRANK GADDIS
WHEREAS, in His infinite wisdom, God has called Frank Gaddis, an exceptional oriented family man and one of the 16th Ward's most seasoned residents to his eternal rest on September 27, 2020;
WHEREAS, Heaven has added an angel as Mr. Gaddis' selfless service served as guiding light for his family without expecting anything in return. He has shown us love, brought us joy, and made us laugh, giving us the lasting gifts of an amazing life and blessed our memories forever; and,
WHEREAS, to the family, especially his six girls; Anne, Norma Jean, Angela, Nadine, LaDonna and Jacqueline we wish you peace, comfort and encouragement when facing the days ahead. Cherish the love and memories that your father has shared with us all, and be comforted by the out pouring of love surrounding you; and
BE IT RESOLVED, on that this Aldermanic Proclamation is presented to the Gaddis Family, do here by extend our most heartfelt condolences; and
