CITY COUNCIL July 6, 2011

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Chicago, the Commissioner of Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to cancel existing water and sewer assessments, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago, assessed against Lubavitch of Chicago, located at 2747 W. Greenleaf Chicago, Illinois 60645. (Account #446996-446996)

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and

after its passage.
