ORDINANCE

1524 W Howard Street

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code ofChicago, the Director of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt the Gifted Children Academy, Inc., 1524 W Howard St, Chicago, IL from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 1524 W Howard Street

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
