JANUARY 13, 2011 CITY COUNCIL

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on September 4, 2003 (Journal page # 7178) prohibiting the parking of vehicles on portions of designated streets, be and the same is hereby repealed by striking therefrom, the following:

North Artesian Avenue (west side) from a point 20 feet north of West Granville Avenue, to a point 50 feet north thereof - disabled loading zone - 6:00 am to 10:00 pm - tow-away zone (03-01196573)

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
