TO ALL PROPERTY OWNERS, INGRESS AND EGRESS TO PUBLIC ALLEYS FROM PRIVATE PROPERTY IS PROHIBITED, UNLESS EXEMPTED BY ORDINANCE FROM THE ALDERMAN OF YOUR WARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director
of Revenue is hereby authorized and director to exempt
KENNETH PAPPAS, LLC, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for Premise Address:
3737 N. ASHLAND AVENUE
