Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 151 NORTH STATE OWNER LLC upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, four (4) Vault(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 8 E RANDOLPH ST.
Said Vault(s) at E. BENTON PLACE measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred thirty-three (133) feet in length and thirty-one (31) feet in width for a total of four thousand one hundred twenty-three (4,123) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at N. HOLDEN COURT measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred sixty-eight (168) feet in length and twenty-two (22) feet in width for a total of three thousand six hundred ninety-six (3,696) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at N. STATE STREET measure(s):
One (1) at two hundred one (201) feet in length and twenty-five (25) feet in width for a total of five thousand twenty-five (5,025) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at E. RANDOLPH STREET measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred thirty-eight (138) feet in length and sixteen (16) feet in width for a total of two thousand two hundred eight (2,208) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #BACP1579610 herein granted the sum of fifty-six thousand five hundred ninety-six ($56,596.00) per annum in advance.
