BE IT ORDAINED BY' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION: Pursuant of Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transpc rtation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Ultimate Car Wash at 125 E. 115^th >t, from 'ihe provisions requiring barriers as prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/ or egress to parking facilities for 125 E. 115^th St.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
