The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for BRYN MAWR BELLE SHORE LMTD. PARTNERSHIP on 06/25/2014, and printed upon page 83811 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "expires on 11/19/2011" and inserting in their place the words "11/19/2016"

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a grease trap(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
