BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 pf the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorised and directed to exempt 1^st Motors, Inc., 8S8 N. California Avenue from thje provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egresjs to parking facilities for premise address.

SECTION 2. this ordinance shall take effect fcnd be in force from and after its passage and publications.
